February Nor'easter Part II

After getting 18" of dry, fluffy snow the week before, we got another 24" or so of heavy wet snow.

Our snowman was impaled by a giant icicle. Who would do something like that???

We went sledding with the Gibbons on a big hill at Valley Forge National Park...


Someone had built a jump that worked nicely with an inflatable tube that cushioned the buttocks upon landing...

Firebird Festival

We celebrated pre-Firebird Fest by lifting our mugs of Grogg (mulled wine) and eating ginger cookies, traditional Krampus party fare. Then we walked downtown to watch the 30' tall Phoenix burn. Is that Krampus's vissage in the flames?
